Well I got the last laugh. All this is aa couple mins of video shot from my balcony with a sound effect from Garage Band. I find it so funny that this hoax would get over 35000 views in a few months with some people thinking it’s real. LOLOLOL All I can say is thanks people. Conspiracy my……. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL On August 16th many residents in Taipei reported to local media strange sound and vibrations coming from under the streets. These sounds lasted for about 2 weeks. It was suggested by one Taipei 24 hour news channel that an expert for the DDP said it could be China drilling tunnels under Taiwan for an attack to take place in 2017 or 2021
